I tailor evidence-based treatment to your needs and goals, mostly Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychotherapy, amongst others.
Therapy can be an uplifting and rewarding experience, whether you feel the issue is 'big' or 'small'. If there's something troubling you or you feel 'stuck', it's worth talking about.
From a warm, non-judgemental stance, we explore the things you can change, the things you can't, and uncover your authentic self along the road to achieving your goals.
At our first appointment, your concerns are assessed and we will develop a support / treatment plan together, and/or discuss referral options if applicable.
